Refund policy

Seven-day return window

You may request a return and refund within 7 calendar days after your order is delivered. Email pinkwetkittybrand@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Condition of returns

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within the seven-day window so we can make it right.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged on arrival or we sent the wrong item. We will provide return instructions and the return address when your request is accepted. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or required by law.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
